tbh Yogurt Parfait
our go-to meal prep breakfast!


14 oz non-dairy yogurt, of choice
1/2 cup of your favorite granola
1/3 cups tbh
1/2 cup berries, of choice


  1. To the bottom of two smaller jars or serving dishes, add a layer of granola
    followed by a layer of yogurt.
    2. Top your yogurt with your fruit of choice and then TBH.
    3. Add another layer of yogurt, fruit, and granola and finish off with a drizzle of TBH.
    4. Dig in and enjoy!
