revamping the OG peanut butter cup all while making it vegan with zero palm oil!
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp powdered sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 cup tbh
- in a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter,
coconut oil, and powdered sugar.
- microwave mixture until the coconut oil melts, about 10-15
seconds and add a pinch of salt.
- equally divide half the peanut butter mixture into the mini cup tins and freeze for 10 minutes, or until hardened.
- add a scoop of TBH on top of each and then pour the remaining peanut butter mixture over the TBH and freeze until solid, about 30 minutes.
